Wholesome Goodness

If you know me well, you should know that I do not take morning beverages.
No coffee(too bitter) or tea(not a fan) or milk(don’t like the taste) or even Milo(only once in a blue moon). Plain water is the only drink I consume while munching down on my crackers (occasionally, while stuffing bread into my mouth) in the morning before I rush off to my first lecture at 8am every weekday.



That might just be the reason why my stomach will constantly howl in protest after 2-3hours. I’ve even googled “how to stop stomach from growling” cuz I often embarrass myself in front of my patients with weird sounds coming from my abdomen. (Trick is to inflate your tummy) Heh



Despite breakfast being the most important meal of the day, I’m never a fan of having a heavy breakfast because 1) I will feel extremely full and heavy and lazy 2) I don’t have time to prepare a hearty balanced breakfast meal everyday. Therefore, I’ll always get hungry before my lunch break. *sobs*

Blend all of them together. Put them in a bowl with fruits of your choice. Done!
